Messaging - Clients not allowed to subscribe to the global channel
Resolved - At 2026-06-29T09:37:00Z, clients were unable to subscribe to the global channel. An environment variable was incorrectly updated. This resulted in unintended 403s from the GET `/subscribe` APIs.

5 hours later at 2026 At 2026-06-29T14:37:00Z, the environment variable was restored and subscribers were able to subscribe to the global channel.

It was manually restated and all functionality was restored 22 minutes later at 2026-06-17T16:52:00Z.

The cause is unknown. It looks to be similar to the outage experienced two days ago. The investigation is ongoing.
